The arrow indicator is about 200-300 ahead of where I actually am. Anyone have any thoughts? I hooked up all of the wiring.

Only thing I can suggest is relocating your GPS antenna and making sure it is mounted on a piece of metal. If it is currently under the dash put it on top of the dash and put the provided metal/felt base underneat it.
