I want to know if anyone has ever tried using this Myvu cable with the AVIC-D3. It would be cool if it did work because then you could use that front 3.5mm A/V jack to play videos from your iPhone.

Probably will work but there will be no control from the D3 screen. A better solution may be in the following thread.

Oh nice that app seems like great solution but I don't want to jailbreak. I already put an order in for the cable so I'll try that out and I'll post an update with the results.
