Hello

I want to connect my iPod to the Z110BT so I bought the CD-IU50V cable and I find it being only 1,5ft long. It's way too short compare to the one I had for my F700BT. Is there a way to extend it?

Thanks a lot!

It plugs into the cable coming off the back of the unit. Its plenty long enough to extend to most center consoles and all glove compartments.

But does the 3,5mm cable as long as the USB cable?

Cuz I think I need to plug both the USB and the 3,5mm cable to get full control of iPod and get the videos to play on the HU right?

Thanks a lot!

If you need it longer, get a CD-IU200V. Same cable, just longer (~2m).

i had to get the CD-IU200V yesterday because none of my local retailers had the iu50.. now i've got like 5 feet of spare cable ziptied behind my glovebox lol... i guess i can keep my ipod in the trunk now

i just picked up the 200v cable as i was worried about the length aswell . i see on the 200v cable the usb plug is not the same size as a regular usb are you sure this cable works.

Can somebody confirm if CD-IU200V works with Z110?

Well you have the cable. Just plug it in and see for yourself. Your not going to destroy anything.

the piece that is supposed to be a usb a is a usb mini b on the 200v cable so this cable will not work with the 110

Apparently they make two different ends to that cable. You will want to get the other one.

Well you are right. If you look at amazon and crutchfield then plug is mini b but on pioneer website and ebay it shows usb a.
