Hi i just installed a x710bt in my car and whenever i try to put a dvd in it it says "reading format" then says error -17. according to the manual it says that its amechanical error or something. Which is weird cause it plays normal cd's just fine. anyone have any suggestions?

Fail. The X710 doesn't play DVDs, but the X910 does.
