I bought my avic f700 this past summer and was excited with having an in dash navigation unit that looked factory a long with having the hands free Bluetooth (bonus). My Bluetooth worked great for the first couple of months but now when I make a call (either by voice or scroll through my contacts on the head unit) it will dial the number but when someone answers at the other end it will drop the call. I try the call again with the same result, very frustrating. I have since disconnected my phone (turned off the Bluetooth) and I now use my phone normally, which I don't like to do. By the way I have an Iphone 3G and the firmware is 2.00600. Don't get me started on the firmware, I can't justify paying $120.00 for the new 3.0 and map updates, although I would like the new features for the map display. Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
