I just installed the AVIC-x910-bt. It will not play CD, DVD, the ipod plays on the unit but no sound. The radio works fine. ERROR-02 appears when I attempt to play CD`s. The CD`s I tried are brand new , no scratches. how can I fix this?

This sounds very similar to what happened with me. Go to your "settings menu", select "AV Settings", and ensure your Ant CTRL is set correctly. For me, I had to have it on "Power" to hear the sound from my IPOD or CD.
