Are there any AVIC model out there; that'll play music video from an iPod, remember it's last position and starts playing that same video once the ignition is turn off then on again? The N4 and Kenwood DNX8120 doesn't do it.

The Z110BT will remember where you left off on the video but it will not restart there by itself. You have to reselect the vid once you restart the car.

How about when you play mpeg4 videos on an SD card?

I never used that capability sense the video support sucks from SD/USB. I just used my iPod sense there are less limitations with using it for video.
