hi there how it going frist time on this site but not new 2 car audio

i pick up a avic-f500bt 4 70 bucks Canadian but the catch is i only got the gps and no cables no box

but 70 buck u can go wrong

so can some one give me the modle number for the dock /and wire harness so i can order them

i look like i can plug in a 3.5 mm plug so i can get video but do i have 2 bypass the handbrake 2 get video working

or i can plug it and it will work plan on using a snes to kill time

one other thing is the unit uses 5v dc 3a so what kind of charger can i get.

Do i have get a 12vto 5v converter so dont mess it up

and has anyone use the unit by itself use only the headphone output to a 5v rca bosster then to crossover then to a amp

that my plan right now i using a Premier DEH-P800PRS but i want 2 put the deck by in my car before summer coms back and use the f500bt in my work van

will the psp charger work 4 this unit it say 5volts 3amp and ont the bak it say the same

I have the charger I'm not using it maybe I'll sell it. No you cant import video through the serial port. You need the Iphone plug to do that. If your system isn't hard wired you dont need the bypass.
