I followed staphanies detailed instructions on removing the key beeps of my f90bt. it wont boot to test mode put in SD card and it starts up to normal screen the testmode.zip file was extracted to sd card by winrar im frustrated any help would be appreciated my unit was warrantied recently and returned to me with the 3.0 upgrade is this affecting my ability to mod? thanks for a great site guys

Make sure that the testmode folder is at the root of your SD card.and make sure that there isn't a sub folder called testmode in there.You are sure that you are using testmode 2.3?

ok a little further research... never beileve your pioneer rep i am running version 2.00600 and maps version 1.xxxx im using the test mode files from this site

OK. have tried 4 different SDs using the testmode software off this site still cant get into my F90BT really pissing me off i have version 2.006000 firmware and 1.000600 maps. about to yank the deck out and go find something that doesnt beep like a factory deck and a tom tom. any help would be greatly appreciated was so happy when i bought this deck a year ago.... now starting to think it was the biggest mistake ive ever made... been back to pioneer twice... supposedly updated... still boots slower than my commodore 64...

got it... bad copy of testmode... got rid of key beeps and then was soooo proud of myself did the 3.0 update..
