Hi, the mic clarity on my f10bt is shocking. I can hear the other person perfectly but they struggle to hear me clearly no matter where I place the mic. Is this a case of bad bt software of bad mic. If it's a bad mic what do you guys recommend?

Check to make sure the mic cable isnt pinched or tweaked somewhere. also just check to make sure it is plugged in completely.
