Can anyone give me some insight of what i might be doing wrong...

 

I have a 8GB USB Thumbstick and less than 600 songs in MP3 format

 

now when I try to use this on my Alpine IVA-W505, it instantly plays but it will not give control to me until it finishes banking according to the manual. but thing is, its always stuck on Banking, the longest i let it go for is 2hrs

 

I tried two different file structures and both are having the same issue:

 

/root/files

/root/artist/files

 

is there a program i can use to bank it for the radio or is there no way to fix it?

i have an iPod Touch 2G but my reason for not using it is because after 30mins it starts skipping (apparently an issue with the Touch 2G)
