OK guys I bought the 160GB iPod for my media. I am having an issue tho..

 

Every mp4 video I have seems to balloon beyond the screen size...

 

I have tried every video mode - cinema, zoom, normal.. etc

 

Whats the best software and resolution/AR settings to display the best quality .mp4's on this unit?
