Hi, Just wondering what's the best size video to use when converting videos to ipod touch connected to play on the 7inch screen of the Z110BT. 480x320 leaves some black space around the edges and I can't seem to find any answers using the search.

the native screen resolution is 800x480. its a wide screen format so you'll get the black bars unless you are playing a wide screen video. but try your conversion to that, should work for you!
