So I purchased the 3.0 update off ebay and correctly installed it. I like the new nav features but the unit doesn't seem as stable as it was with 2.06. Where do I get updates to this 3.0 software? Do I use the x-series updates now? I emailed Pioneer but they are so slow at getting back to people it is terrible.

check out pioneers website to see if theres an upgrade. If you have an EU unit then theres a 350mb upgrade.

yeah use the x series update to 3.02. it worked for me, but my 3.0 was "unofficial"....
