Hi all,

 

just installed my AVIC and it doesn't look like it fit's teh double din slot very well. If you look at the photo below; there's a gap around the headunit and the stock surround. The car is a Honda Prelude 97. Does everyone else have this problem? Where did you source the facia from?

 

 

As far as I'm concerned, the headunit only came with cables and the unit. Didn't come with a facia or any brackets.

 

help would be great.

There is no way Pioneer could include a kit for every vehicle out there. You need to purchase a custom dash kit. I believe this is what you need: (Even has the instructions for your Prelude in it):
