I just had it installed yesterday but cannot get Ipod or Iphone video to play. I can hear sound but no video. Any ideas?

U need the Pioneer Ipod cable. U cannot get video by using a regular Ipod cable.

Im using the pioneer cable with the USB and aux connection.

Try a different iPod and see if you get the same problem.

I tried my iphone and my classic ipod. the classic works on my AVIC D3.

talked to the installer, I didn't have the aux cable pushed in all the way. Everything is working fine now. Whew!

Isn't the aux and USB cable right in front of the stereo itself?

It is. I had pulled both out but did not seat the aux in all the way when pushing them back in.

I have the same problem! I have an iPhone 3GS and I only get video, but no audio. DVD plays video just fine.
Any ideas?
