I found in the internet some info about the format of the maps used in Z units and some uk models.

aparently the teleatlas maps are compressed in the L-format by Pioneer to fit in a 4 gb flash memory built in the unit. maybe somebody can use this info to create a way to add (convert) new maps or update de current maps in new units. i think about a method to gain acess to FileSystem and write a Custom Firmware with a hacked WinAuto 5.5 when i can start Explorer and run everything!
