I love my Pioneer 700bt however all of a sudden it will not play my sd cards. Usb input is also not working. When I insert my sd card the message comes up as loading.

 

I have tried the soft reset button on the fromnt and have end disconnected it from power. Sd card are good and play fine in everything else.

 

I called Pioneer tech support and they told me it needed to come in for service, I am having a real tough time believing this because I thinks it's just the crappy windows OS that has some stuck in cache. I'm pretty sure some on here has a solution before I have to take this puppy an mail it in.

 

Any ideas?
