Okay, So if I boot into testmod...Can i use this everytime to make into a indash computer?

Say if I go to Sprint/att/tmobile and get a wireless card and Put the card in the usb port. Run the device hardware. Could i use the opera for my browser? Or is there a simpler way instead of booting into testmode to use the windows ce? will that work? Please let me know!
