Pioneer F710BT and radio problem with favorites?!

Dear friends,

 

i have problem with programming my favorites radio station.

I save 6 favorites radio station, and whena i power off my car, and start engine next time

my favorite radio station are removed :( :(

How can i save my favorite radio stations for ever?? It is possible?

talenat, it sounds like you Accessory (ACC) line is powering both the +BATTERY (Yellow) and ACC (Red) wires on your harness. You need to make sure the +BATTERY line receives standby power at all times (i.e. when key is in OFF position and removed), otherwise you lose your radio presets.
