I have installed this unit in my Ford Kuga and just about everything is OK. Compared to my cheap and cheeful TomTom however I rate the navigation system as very poor. I am using a professionally inatalled external GPS antenna and have great sat lock, however I am continualy having to reset my current location so that I get junction info before I arrive at a critical point. The system also seems to have trouble placing me on a road at times. I am thinking that because I do not have the speed sensor wire connected this may be causing the inacuracies? Can anyone help me with this? (I can't find any info about the speed sensor in my car anywhere - I have come across some speed sensor modules for around £80 but I don't want to go down that route unles it is necessary)

- Also given I just bought this, I reckon the maps are about 4 years out of date so far as roads in and around London go!
