Hey guys I just bought a f700bt and its a HUGE upgrade from my u310bt But i tried connecting my droid eris to the bluetooth and I can't hear anything when I make a call(no ring plays through the speakers and i can't hear the other person) the other person can hear me though. I tried it with my friends blackberry though and it worked perfect! any ideas? thanks

check to make sure that the bluetooth software is up to date on both devices, then erase the droid from the avic, and pair it again

thanks I got them to pair!(also updated firmware to 3.0) however, when I call someone or receive a call there is a high pitched beep coming from my speakers every couples seconds? doesn't seem to make sense. it's very annoying any idea what it might be? i didn't have this issue with my u310-bt

I have an Android EVO 4G and would like to be able to use bluetooth to hear my droid music over the F700BT. Any idea if this is doable?

Its is not. The unit doesn't support the proper BT profile for music.
