is there a way to change hd3-ii (z3) main theme?

I mean the graphics icons are displayed with? Or at least color?

My unit (i guess all as well...) has these bluish icons and i'd like to know if there is a way to change them.

so, i guess, there is no chance to load into the unit another software (like, for instance, the one for avic900) which gives more flexibility, is it?
