First post! I've a problem ever since I got the unit installed. My first problem is with the navigation system, for whatever reason the arrow on the screen (which is my location) won't move after I start driving. I've tried looking in the options and all I can do is edit my home location. I've tried so many things to no avail, the arrow just stays at my home location. Second problem is the clock on my unit is wrong and I can't find any way to change it, anyone know how besides reconnecting the whole unit? Any help is appreciated.

Sounds like you have an install issue. Take it back and have it looked at. Details on how to change the clock is in the manual.

Did you install it yourself? If not then maybe the GPS antenna is bad or not even connected.

I agree with both of the previous posts, it sounds like an install issue with your GPS antenna. The time is set by the satellite so your GPS antenna could account for both of your issues.

I had it installed "professionally" so I guess I will take it back tomorrow and see what they can do. Thanks
