I have a AVIC-X910BT, and would like to move that unit to another car. I was wondering what the part number for the wiring harness that comes with the unit out of the box was to connect to the harness. Do I need to purchase a newer harness so I can change the unit out for the other car or can I cut the crimp part of the harness and do a new crimp for the harness that will connect to the other car.

keep the AVIC side of the harness you have now and cut the car side off, then just solder or crimp the new car side harness to the AVIC side you have.
