I am looking to install the back up camera on my Pioneer 700bt.

 

First question is where can i buy a camera from? Do i need any special camera for the 700bt? I was looking around on EBay and some camera come with boxes and some just come with camera alone. Hooking it up to my system will i need to but an extra power box or anything?

 

Also if anyone can point me in the direction on how to install the camera into my car. How do i hook it up to my reverse?

 

I have an Honda element 05

any camera with a 12v input and a standard rca video out will work

 

there is a wire that comes off of the AVIC that needs to see a reverse signal, with at the least can be found at the reverse light at the back of the car (since your gonna be running the wires from there anyway)
