Hi, it seems like i notice a fan sound when while listening to music. It is normally quieter than the music, but if the music becomes silent you can hear it whine. Was wondering if this is normal. It also happens when the navigation voice speaks.

Also, when the beep is enabled the volume of the music source is raised momentarily after a button is pressed, is this normal? Ground issue?

Make sure there is nothing blocking the air flow to the fan that might be contributing to the extra noise. Some noise is normal however.
