So i took out my radio to install a new A/C unit in my car and try and clean up the cables back there.

I have two boxes on the IP-BUS (Bluetooth and XM). After putting everything back together I have NO audio over either box connected over the IP-BUS. I have audio over iPod, FM/AM and Navi/DVD. The IP-BUS cables go from the D3 > Bluetooth IP-BUS IN. And then Bluetooth IP-BUS OUT > XM IP-BUS IN.

FYI it worked correctly before I went in there to "clean up" the wires.

Any idea what I should be looking for when I take it apart this weekend or if my setup is not correct?

This happened to me too, I had the IP bus cable plugged into the wrong port on the XM module. Switched it over, instant fix.

Yep. As stated above. You probably got your cables plugged in backwards.
