Hello,

I didn't find any info searching the forums to this question, so I figured I should post.

I currently have an AVIC-Z2 w/ a PAC steering wheel control and Blue tooth. The unit is connected to a 4-channel amp (RCA) and a sub amp (RCA). I'm looking to replace the unit with an AVIC Z110BT (upgrading later to a Z120BT via software). My question has to do with the physical installation. Do the connectors/harness match between the units? Are the microphone and GPS antenna interchangeable? Thanks!

The Connector/harnesses are not the same.... Luckily you don't have any of the speaker wires to cut and reconnect(just RCA's...VSS...reverse....powers...ground)

I reused my GPS antenna and mic from my previous Z2/3, with no problems at all...

Also.... if you have enough steering wheel buttons...and you want full control(voice command), then you will need to update your PAC SWI-PS to version 1.6.8 or better....
