I can select the videos on any iPod, play them, see the album art and hear the audio, but no video! DVDs work just fine, just videos on the iPods don't work. Any ideas?

Did you use the Pioneer cable with both the USB and minijack connections? You need to use that cable to play video from the iPod/iPhone.
