My AVIC D2 is dead I have a CD thats due back at the library. Any clues on how to get the disc out of there?

well if the unit wont eject the CD, then you are going to have to disassemble it piece by piece until you can get it out, putting it back together is by far the hardest part, an most people will end up just breaking it worse

I would imagine that you can connect the main power wire to a 12v source and ground your ground wire from the harness, but that's just a guess.

it sounds like the unit is dead, and not responding to the power it has.

p.p.turn to (red) cabble (gnd) & to (black) cabble (+5v) on el.motor thats wil eject your cd
