Settings menu doesn't work

Settings menu doesn't work. The only settings I can use are the AV settings and AV sound. All other settings including the phone are faded out and do not work. Everything seems to be connected fine. Can anyone help?

Your parking brake lead isn't correctly attached, or if you're attempting to bypass motion lockout, it's not grounded correctly.
