Would everyone love to know how to charge the iPhone 3GS on the Avic D3? Forget about buying those obnoxious adapters everyone posted about, although the posts were made with good intentions...

The real way to charge your newer iPhone and iTouch models, is to purchase the updated cable made specifically for this problem..

P.S. I read that some people had trouble with this actually working with new models, but there is a sticker on the front of the box that says it will work for iPhone 3gs. Give it a shot, I had no problem, and if it doesn't work return it.

I have been fondeling with the hex code and I may be coming close..

I think that people may have been having trouble before because the

code may be controlled from multiple files on the nav disc..

If I get this wire I can't use the touchscreen to control my iPod anymore? Has anyone ever tried the pass-through device that stanghater posted

can ANYONE confirm that the dockstubz converter from cablejive WILL work to charge the newer ipods/iphones? i have an iPhone 4 and im in need of something like this if it indeed does work properly. thanks!
