hello i was wondering if anyone has successfully connected an ipad to the avid f90 when i tried my avic said ipod not connected and the ipad said device not compatible or something like that does anyone have a fix for this thank you

This has been discussed before. The iPad doesn't support audio or control out from the dock connector.
Also, I wouldnt know why you would want to. I have an ipad and it would be cumbersome having it hooked up to the Avic, especially when an iphone or ipod will do this, especially an ipod as the small price to pay to have 160 gb of music and video to have hooked up to your Avic, is well worth it!
Yep! Works with my iPad and the 4.2 Gold Master (along with the last beta) check it out!
