sound like you have not dont the bypass correctly, re read all the directions, and do it again.

also make sure that you are following the correct directions as different models have slight differences in bypass methods!

did you move the mute wire?

did you ground the mute wire?

did you ground the P brake wire?

if you did all of this my best guess is that you moved the mute wire into the wrong location or it is not inserted right or all the way in

hey VBLUE42 am i corect in assuming that the problem has to be wit the mute wire, because video is showing while parked so the P brake wire has to be grounded, but since the warning shows up while moving, the unit must not see ground on the correct pin for the bypass?

I know with some models you get a "impropper connection to brake wire" message if the newly moved mute wire does not get ground (like if you do the D-series bypass on a F-series)

Yes. This is always indicative of the relocated wire not making proper contact.
