I assume you mean a GEX-P10XMT. If so, yes, it will work, I am running an N5 with the GEX-P10XMT.

The N5 is not really an upgrade from the N4 and not that much of an upgrade from the N3. Except for the bigger screen and ipod interface, it's still pretty far behind the newer Pioneer Double Dins like the AVIC-Z120BT, or the new single din flipout AVH-P5200Bt, much more advanced Ipod controls.

If you're going to spend $500 or more on the N5, you should look into the AVH-P5200bt. It doesn't come directly with navigation, but you can add it on later and it is hard drive based, much faster. The graphics and interface is a huge upgrade from the N series.
