So i have installed the Subaru Forester Tweeter kit, but they will not mute when a phone call comes in on the x920bt. I also have the pac steering wheel control installed and when I press mute on the controls the tweeters will not mute. The bypass was done on the unit, and all other speakers will mute noramally.

please elobrate on this "tweeter kit" and what was done for the install (where the wires get there sound from, where are they mounted, any crossovers...)

most tweeters are part of a component system, where they are part of the front speakers system (oh course they handle the high freq part, and they should be getting there sound from the front channels and a crossover separates the lows from the highs) i dont under stand how the tweeters wont mute if all the other speakers do, (as they should be getting there sound from a speaker that mutes and should mute accordingly)
