I just got my z2 and installed it for 1 day and the screen freezes so I tried to update my firmware but it stops around 62/92 folder. After the he keeps doing the reset loop. I read the other threads and nothing is working. I don't wanna send it in. Any info will help. Thankks

Turn it off for a awhile, then start he update again. It may take a ton of trys, but it will eventually complete.

Ok thanks I'll keep trying then. I already tried a few times but hopefully it will work soon. Thanks for quick response.
