I just had the AVIC X920BT installed and I was in the settings menu and noticed that I cant actually press any of the icons, and in the navigation menu the only icons I can press are the Points of Interest icon and the Favorites icon. Anyone know what the problem could be or how to fix it? Thanks.

Pull the parking brake.

Tried that, still doesn't work even with the parking break pulled.

Curious did you do the bypass ?

I didn't hook it up, I had it done at a local audio place. I'm beginning to think they didn't do the bypass or did it incorrectly. I plan on calling first thing Monday morning to find out.

Sounds to me like they didn't connect the P. Brake wire. And most shops won't do the bypass anyway.

I would do the bypass yourself, VBlue doing that should fix it i'd imagine, right ?
