When I push the multi function (volume button) to access the voice recognition function, I rearely get a beep and never get the screen to come up. I have read the manual and studied extensively on the internet and this site to remedy the problem and have not come up with an answer. I only push the button when the unit is on the AV or Map screen and still have never seen the VR screen. I have the 2.000008 ( or something like that) version of firmware installed. Every time I push the multi function button everything freezes and it takes about 30 seconds for it to come back up. Any help would be appreciated.
