Just installed my D2 last night. Got in the car, drove down the street and no bypass. I grounded the parking break wire and found the secret plug, thats all I need to do correct? If it is i'll just have to rip it out and make sure the connector is still in the "secret plug" on the wiring harness....

Thats it. Just make sure the connector is in snuggly. The hole is slightly bigger that some of the pins

That would be why I always used a ground pin from an extra pioneer harness. Fits perfect and can't/won't wiggle loose....

thanks guys.... works perfectly... now i just need to work on bypassing all the warning screens.... time for some searchin around...
