I have an Avic D3 and the CD player will only play for 1-2 songs and a read error appears. The unit plays DVD movies with no problem and the nav works also. Everything else worked great. Is it worth fixing and trying to sell it or just sell it as? How much can I get for it as is? I Already replaced the unit so the wife can play her cd`s. Any help would be appriciated. Thanks.

the price for repair will depend on what is wrong with the cd player, and who know how much you can get for an older, used unit that doesn't function correctly, best bet would be top find somebody that needs parts

Thank you thats what I figured. Pioneer wants $250, they said the lazer is off.
