Hi, I just bought a refurbed AVIC-HD3 (Z2 in the states) from pioneer and I want to check the map versions I have installed before I decide if I need to upgrade the maps or not. How do I find out what version I have installed?

thanks for the quick response.

Looking in the service information menu I have:

Version: 03.0000

CDDB Version : 08-01-0010

and a device number.

Looking on the web the australian map for 2010 is called:

2010 AVICHD3 DVD MAP UPGRADE V16.2 - CNDV1000HD

how do I know if these maps are in my device??

On the USA z3, version 3 is from 2008. I'm not sure on the hd3.
