I've already performed a search on this forum and cannot find any info on this. How do you install updated Nav maps for the AVIC -X920BT? Additionally, how is the navigation maps stored on this unit? Thanks

The maps you have are the latest. There wont be a map upgrade for that unit until around this time next year. All upgrades are done with an SD card. There stored on internal flash memory.

Yeah, I assumed that the maps would be the most current. I just wanted to know how they would be updated. Currently use a DVD to update my AVIC -D1 and the disc must be in the unit to use Nav.
