F920BT & the X920BT are identical models except for the VR feature on the USA version. Therfore, it must be possible to enable this feature on the European version of the unit. Has anybody any ideas on how this would be done? Any info appreciated

I'm interested in this also!

Well I have been led to believe from the moderator of the site, that if they find the hack for Z series then this could be applied to the f series. Therefore, you should in theory be able to hack the VR feature

Thats not entirely true. Sense the Z110/120/X920 (US versions of your unit) hasn't been hacked we really don't know what will or can be done. However, the previous F series was hacked heavily but neither the VR nor anything with the AV side of the unit was ever able to be modded. So no one outside of the US was ever able to add VR to their units. We will have to wait and see but judging by the currant lack of development on this, I don't think its ever going to happen.

Did anyone manage to hack the Z series so we can get the VR to work on teh F series?

No.
