Hey AVIC411 experts,

 

I have, as my title says, a 2002 B6 Audi A4 1.8T Sedan with a non-Bose Symphony head unit currently installed. I've purchased the following from Amazon:

 

Pioneer AVIC-Z120BT 7" In-Dash Double-Din Navigation CD/DVD/MP3 with Pandora iPhone streaming

Pioneer ND-BC4 Universal Rear View Camera

Pioneer ADTVA133 2 Din Installation Kit

Audi A4 02 - 08 SDIN - DDIN kit (Matte Black)

Metra 70-1787 Radio Wiring Harness for VW/Audi Bose Integration 98-Up

Metra 40-VW54 VW Amplified Antenna Adapter

Pioneer CD-R510 Card Remote for 2007 Pioneer Car Stereos

 

My questions are the following:

• 1. Do I have everything I need? If not, what am I missing and/or what equipment is not compatible/wrong?
  2. The Metra harness says 'Bose Integration' but the harness Crutchfield says fits my car is identical. Is this the right harness??
  3. Are there any good howto's or tutorials that could help me do this myself?
  4. What caveats can I expect? I've read things such as:
  
  • a. Needing an adaptor to plug in and control my iPhone/iPod??
    b. Needing a CANBUS adapter for ACC, Illumination, Reverse, and VSS. Possibly any of the following:

ii. CONNECTS2 CTSAD003
iii. CONNECTS2 CTPIONEERLEAD

 

I don't have any factory stereo controls on my steering wheel so I'm not sure I'll need any thing listed under 4b but I could be way off here. Any help would be much appreciated. I'm trying to avoid an all-day project! Thanks in advance for helping a newb
