While I was driving and using my GPS I received a phone call the unit did a wear noise and the unit shutdown and now it does not want to power up. The unit was working fine before and the Bluetooth also. The radio is installed on a chrysler 300C 2007

Any advice what can be the problem before I put it apart

check all the fuses in the car(not some, ALL OF THE FUSES), then pull the radio out and test to make sure that it is getting power on both power lines and a good ground, if you are, then try to unplug and reset the radio, if it does not work when you plug it back in then it sounds like the unit is toast.

The problem was the fuse of the radio in the back of the unit but I have no idea why it blow like that
