Hi everybody

I have been using the Ipod cable with no issues, but I bought a USB 4GB flash drive, put some movies on it and now when I connected it to my unit, it does not show up on the av source menu, my question is am I doing something wrong? should I change settings on the AV1 input menu? the movies are .avi, thanks in advance for your help.

update, I used a small 512mb USB flash drive with and .AVI file and this time it showed up on AV source but when I played I only got audio, no video, any ideas? thanks

Yes, that means the CODECs used for the video file were not compatible with the AVIC, you need to encode it differently, or re-encode it.
