Hey guys I recently saw a video of a AVIC-D3 showing off navigation with a option to show in car gauges. Is it possible to get this feature with the avh models? If so how?

the D3's get all of there data for the gauges from internal gyro sensors the it has internally for the NAV system, i thought they used to have a add on module for the regular mobile video units.

so your saying the navi system is what gives the gauges for any model (including avh)? I may have to pick one up if thats the case.

no not all of the nav systems have the gauge's, and the add on that i was referring to does not add nav, it just has gyro's and accelerometers, to give you vehicle dynamics. (gauges)
here it is, it does appear to use GPS, but does not have nav
