The unit plays my Ipod video fine, also plays my ipod touch 16gb

but when I plug in my Iphone4, it goes to the ipod interface on the screen but it doesn't show the playlist or any music. Its just a blank ipod screen on the HU monitor.

Does it play for you guys or is it just not compatible?

Where did you get your iPod cable?

I got my Avic off ebay and the cable was included. It is however a genuine pioneer cable. The PO gave me the invoice from clutcfield as it still had some warranty left.

Remember that an ipod touch and a 3rd gen classic works.

That doesn't mean the cable still isn't garbage. Try the Apple Composite AV cable.

Not following your logic. Cable has and still does work well. I wouldnt call that garbage. If I could buy one locally and return it if it didnt work I would give that a try even though I doubt its the cable.

So do you have an I4 and does it work with your HU?

You can get that cable at Best Buy. That is what you need to troubleshoot first.
